Booking Terms & Conditions

• ALL UNITS ARE NON – SMOKING
  
  
• $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking.
  
  
• A booking will be tentatively held in our system only upon request and will cancel after 24hours without a holding deposit.
  
  
• The balance of the tariff must be paid in full prior to or on arrival.
  
  
• There will be no refund for any unused portion of the holiday or shortening your reservation


• All bookings have a 3 night minimum stay policy except December/January when a 7 night minimum stay applies
  
  
• A full days charge applies for a guarantted early check-in during December/January as the apartment has to be booked from the night prior to your arrival to guarantee early access.
  
  
• The number of tenants may not exceed the number of beds provided. There is a $25 charge for additional bedding i.e. fold away beds
  
  
• Guests must be over the age of 18 to book accommodation. All apartments must have a guest staying over the age of 18 years.
  
  
• We accept cash, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard & Debit card
  
  
• Our staff will describe the apartments and their positions to the best of their ability,
  
  
• No responsibility or refund for alleged misdescription can be accepted.
  
  
• Specific units can be requested though not guaranteed.
  
  
• All breakages or damage must be paid for by the tenant.
  
  
• A $150 cleaning fee will apply if the garbage is not removed and all kitchen items washed and returned to their rightful place
  
  
• We do not under any circumstances tolerate pets
  
  
• As we do not charge GST we do not supply tea/coffee etc
  
  
• Servicing of the apartment occurs after every 7 days in Bella Vista, Mystique & Riviera & Atlantis only
  
  
• Servicing of any apartment other than those listed will be an additional charge per service
  
  
• If you are locked out of your apartment or lose your keys after hours, a locksmith must be called at your expense.
  
  
• There is one car space allocated to each luxury apartment Additional spaces required are subject to availability and an additional charge does apply. (street parking only available at Upper Greycliff).
