Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking.
  2. The balance of the tariff must be paid in full prior to or on arrival.
  3. There will be no refund for any unused portion of the holiday.
  4. Our staff will describe the apartments and their positions to the best of their ability, no responsibility or refund for alleged misdescription can be accepted.
  5. Specific units can be requested though not guaranteed.
  6. All breakages or damage must be paid for by the tenant.
  7. The number of tenants may not exceed the number of beds provided.

Office Hours Monday to Friday  9.00 am - 5.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 9.00 am - 12.00 pm
We do not operate a 24 hour reception
 
Check-In 2.00 pm  - early check in will be charged at half the nightly rate
 
Check-Out 10.00 am - a penalty of $100 per hour will be charged for anyone who exceeds this checkout
 
Keys If keys are lost or not returned to the office there will be a $200 charge payable by the tenant
 
Car Parking Under cover, secure parking is available for guests. Additional parking may be available upon request for $10 per day
